Somebody doing work with clones of realtime auction platforms like Telebid.com/Tencents.de /Fiksuhuuto.com ??

I am looking for a clone of this. Please bid only in case you have done (or are currently developing) similar script/software.

Bid Agents should be sophisticated calculated and realtime time-optimization of online bids and bid agents should be intelligent.
Optical feeling near telebid would be fine, website needs to handle
