SugarCRM 5.2.0

Opportunity module, sales stage dropdown field, values: (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8)
User roles: A,B,C

Task 1: In Edit mode, the dropdown is customized based on user roles:
A can select 1-4
B can select 1-6
C can select 1-8
(example)

Task 2: Users can edit only the records which are available for them
A can edit records, where sales_stage in 1-4, others just view permission
B can edit records, where sales_stage in 1-6, others just view permission
C can edit records, where sales_stage in 1-8, others just view permission
