Good Day to everyone

We are planning to develop a student community portal.

The portal will be based on the script we bought . What we want is a customization on the script , new web 2.0 look with some new module development. We call all the experts to join the discussion and me the project to flow smootly

Our terms as below
Work to be done in our server
Work to be completed in 1 month
Payment using paypal / egold only
Payment will be done in work progress
Strictly no escrow
Payment will be done as below :
70 % - upon completion of work
30 % - upon full testing in the real server

Kindly dont ask for deposits or escrow. Whoever dont agree for the terms , please dont bid or ask question or will be banned forever
