Looking for a freelancer with knowledge in Social Media 2.2.0 http://www.mediascripts.com

We would like to create a points system for viewing videos.

Basicly, something like this:
Signup: 10 points
Refer someone: 5 points
Upload video: 10 points
Upload picture 2 points
Write in blog: 2 points
and so on for several different ways of earning points.

Social Media permits payment via paypal. If one does not want to earn points, they can purchase them.

Points are used to watch videos.

Points system must be configurable from admin panel.
Points awarded must be configurable from admin for each type.
Points spent must be configurable from admin panel for each type.
Points may be given away for free option.
May set gift certificate keyword for cheaper points.
Option to buy points.

Knowledge in Social Media (http://www.mediascripts.com) is a must for good and fast coding.
