Description: Hello,

I need a small database built for a vacation website. In short, it should allow visitors to register at the site and list their vacation rentals once they have paid the appropriate fee via PayPal.

I already have the design and layout of all pages - you just need to supply me the working admin and PHP/MySQL, I will add design later in PMB.

You should have experience designing databases with searches for other websites in the past.

Would like to commence ASAP and need to have this up and running ASAP. If this isn't possible please let me know what time frame you can complete this in.

I will submit 25% in escrow of total value to start, 25% will be escrow at the time of code presentation on our own server and rest of the 50% payment will be submitted in escrow and 100% will be released after the successful completion of project. Note: I will release 100% payment on completion.

Please don't bid if you are not comfortable with our terms.

I will select provider as soon I will find reasonable bid and good programmer to do the job on time.
