Description: Probably one of the simpliest web apps to build on GAF :-)

I have 2 MySQL tables which are linked through a key. I need a simple search (search by name, originator number, between dates) interface to do a search on the data and return the results in chronological order.

Couldnt be simplier.

Must be
- in PHP
- Have a config section for DB access parameters
- developed within the next week (will only take an hour to do if your any good)

I will provide the schema and sample data via PM.
