Description

We want a WordPress Plugin that can set the first comment for a post. This plugin will be in PHP.

In the Write/Manage of a post, there should be a box to set the first comment. The fields to enter include:
1. Set Comment, checkbox
2. name, text field
3. email, text field
4. url, text field
5. message, textbox
6. delay, dropdown box (5,10,15,30 minutes)

When this plugin is used (check box checked) the first comment will post using fields 2-5 above after the delay in field 6.

If you have created any other plugins before, state what types. We have more plugins to be coded later for future projects.

This is a simple project for anyone who knows what they are doing.
