Description

I already have the designs in html. I need a website that will have a shopping cart and admin manageability. There will be no login accounts. There will be no payment gateways. The customer will fill out the billing and shipping which will post to the database and can be viewed in the admin. The admin will use this info to process credit cards offline. Whenever an order is made, an email will be sent out to the admin as well as the buyer with purchase details.

The admin will have the ability to add/edit/manage products, categories and sub categories, and view orders. The admin will have the ability to upload products in 2 ways: 1) the standard method of uploading one by one through the admin interface and 2) using csv file to bulk upload products. I already have an excel file filled with product info. The excel file has 9 columns.

I DON'T WANT AN OSCOMMERCE MODIFICATION. I WANT A SIMPLE CUSTOM CART.
