Description

I need two simple things done to an email form done in php.

1. Make one field a required field (radio buttons - have to select one of the radio buttons)

2. Add an additonal email address for the form to be submitted to

I need this done TODAY. If you can't get it done today, do not apply. It is 12:00pm Central Standard Time Zone. I need this done by 4:00pm.

My max budget is $10
