Description

I have an easy project for MySQL and PHP programmers. Please review the below:

I will provide you with an Excel (.xls) spreadsheet with 5 columns. Your job is to create a MySQL database based on this spreadsheet and create a web-page that has a drop-down box showing all the data in data column #1. Once a single data point in selected from drop down #1, then drop down #2 will show the data in column #2, once a selection is made from column #2 drop down then column #3, #4 and #5 will be shown on the page as text. Column #5 is a hyperlink.

Deliverables:
1. Create a MySQL database based on the provided Excel spreadsheet.
2. Program .php page to access MySQL database based on the above functionality. I will provide a template to use for the look and feel of the .php page. The database accessed should be protected in a way that prevents people from accessing the entire database without using the said .php page.
3. Script usable in the future that we can purge that tables and reupload the entire .xls data in the future.
