Description

I have the following code :
$userp = mysql_query("SELECT users.*, users_profile.*, users_theme.* FROM users, users_profile LEFT JOIN users_theme ON(users.id=users_theme.user_id)
WHERE users.id=users_profile.mid AND users.username = '".$member."'");
$userp = mysql_fetch_assoc($userp);
$smarty->assign('userp', $userp);

This code works fine , however there is a field in the users table I want to include in this statememnt. The field is user_group and has a single digit numerical value .

I want to be able to use the following code with the above corrected statement :

{if $userp.user_group != '2'} do something {/if}

If needed a new variable can be assigned as long as it is capturing the value of table user , field user_group .

I need this literally in an hour , for a good mysql guy this should take less than 5 min .
