Description:	I am launching a site where people sign a petition and enter in their e-mail address to start receiving the e-mail newsletter. But for some reason I cannot get the e-mail php function to work on my site. For them to sign up to the newsletter an e-mail needs to be sent FROM the e-mail address a petitioner enters into a field TO the e-mail subscription address I provide. My developer uses the following PHP: $fName=$_POST['fName']; $lName=$_POST['lName']; $city=$_POST['city']; $country=$_POST['country']; $email=$_POST['email']; if ($email!="") { $strmsg=$fName+" "+$lName+" in "+$city+", " +$country+" has signed to your petition site."; mail("EMAIL BLOCKED BY GETAFREELANCER", "People signed to the Petition Site", $strmsg); } But it does not seem to work. We think it may be an IXWebhosting problem, WHICH IS WHY I WILL ONLY ACCEPT PROPOSALS FROM DEVELOPERS WHO HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH IXWEBHOSTING. I e-mailed them and got the following code response, but it also doesn't work. That is because I don't want someone to say they did not expect this problem or that problem and then charge me more. I need someone with experience with this hosting company and writng php to send an e-mail from a submitted address to one of a webmaster's choosing. Please provide examples, such as of sites you have done where people forward pages from one user to another. The same kind of code should apply. I also insist that we use this site to exchange payment. No Western Union. This should be easy money for someone who knows what they are doing. It's just a line of code but is apparently holding up the whole project.
