Description

Need a CMS for this website , http://www.radio-tropic.ch/ design is already done , just need to be able to change text for the pages.
Review the website and tell me what you think.Budget for this is $100
Bidders in your bid please state your favourite colour to prevent auto bidding and also please do not post all your websites in a huge bid because i will not consider that.
Project requirements ( this to be done before 24 December )
- you work on your server
- when job is done we escrow the money so that you can install on clients server.
- the reason we don`t use escrow from the begining is because so many freelancers providers proved to be unskilled and the result was 0 for both parties.
