Description: I would like a hand setting up a very simple Authorize.net SIM (Simple Intigration Method) form using PHP with a drop down to select the number if items (and change the price).

I need this done asap and I'm on a tiny budget but I think this should only take a few minutes for an experienced programmer.

I can provide all relevant login info, IDs and any other info from Authorize.net to make this work.
