I've uploaded example of how the code currently works

Here is the problem. At the moment with the website when an item size is out of stock it removes that size from the list. Instead of this happening i would like it to be displayed XL- Sold Out. I've done an image for you.

Also once an item is out of stock of an entire colour then the colour is removed from the left side of the product display. can this be changed so that is doesn't do this?

Here you can also see what happens when an item is completely out of stock.. both the sizes and the colour options are removed!
