Description:	I need an online booking form for a client who offers training seminars to their customers. This will need a back-end for them to set up the training seminars and a front end for the customers to make bookings. The front end will be integrated in to a new website. The seminars will be held at various locations in the UK and the USA (potentially elsewhere) and are residential over a couple of days. Accommodation is included in the price of the course. The back-end will allow the client to set up the time, date and location of the seminar, the number of places available and the price. The usual details need to be collected from the customers e.g.name, address, company, telephone, email address (it might also be useful to have some spare fields for additional information). There may be block bookings by some companies so some facility for adding names of delegates under the same company name and address with one co-ordinating contact might be useful. They need a facility to collect fees by credit card (N.B. currency issues). However, they want to collect 50% up front and 50% seven working days before the start date of the course. Some clients will want to pay on an invoice rather than credit card so they should be able to book and request an invoice without paying by credit card at the booking stage.
