Description

I need a script that will be updating my database off XLS or CSV file. The script needs to have following functions:

1)add new records from the XLS or CSV file
2)update existing records (with reference to date and user_id)
3)delete existing records (with reference to date and user_id)

Please see the attachment for the database table to be updated and the XLS update file.
As for the second point 2). In the table there's a column called "status"-the script must be able to read XLS(CSV) file and change values in the column from "1" to "2".

Records needs to be identified by date.
