Updates to Titles Script

* Admin Section
o ADD create, edit, and delete categories
Titles are then created in Categories.

* Add all the good/bad and show on main page. ( will explain later )

* Bann1 and Bann2 are unique to Title section. Banner Control Should be inside Add new section

* Show recently added titles in which category on main page

* Show 5 random titles on main page

* Input Boxes in add existing entry section
Admin section ( input ) x7
Titles section output

* Tag Cloud see link ( http://www.petefreitag.com/item/396.cfm )

* SEO – domain.com/category/title.html

* Hide Referrals all links see link (http://www.dslreports.com/forum/r18693664-hiding-affiliate-links )
