Forum based save drafts of messages and attachments using vBulletin 3.6.4

The draft system would allow members to save messages and attachments when creating a new topic, reply or pm. If a member can't finish posting because they need to do other important things they can just save the message and attachments and all the forum settings. Then after, all they do is load the draft from their draft folder to continue editing it!
