Hi all,

My client is a small start up private car hire company, they also offer accident management solutions e.g. car accident claims. I am looking for a competent php and MySQL developer, to develop this site.

This site consists of five main pages for example Home, about, services, car hire, and contact us page. Contact us page divided into two sub sections (Feedback form and Register form.

The design of all the pages will be provided in psd format to help you understand how each page will be laid out. The CSS and the XHTML both have to be validated and in line with W3C standards, the site has to be tested in ie6, ie7, fire fox etc.

The functions of the CMS system are as follow:

To allow the site admin to update the text on the entire site, e.g. news, site text, car gallery pictures their descriptions etc.

To allow my client to send group newsletters to the site's subscribers about special offers latest news etc.

To be able to manage the gallery on the site, for example add, edit, delete, new cars to the gallery, adding their description e.g. make, model, condition, special features etc.

You can use any php frame work or of the shelf product if you like could be symfony, joomla or any other popular free CMS systems.

The design is very straight forward. I have a deadline to meet for this project, the wining bidder will need to consider this.

I am looking for a skilled developer and flexible to work with, as I would like to establish a long term working relation with the right developer and I will provide the right candidate with regular work.
