Description

Need expert PHP coder to help me with some final changes to this website before client can start to use it.
99.9% is done and working, to complete need the following :

1. Numerous text changes on 7 of the pages
2. On 5 of the pages need headings added, shading and color added to various sections and minor layout formatting.
3. Remove RESET button and Disclaimer links from 7 pages
4. Add UPDATE button and function to update the mysql database on 1 page. (Part of this may already be done but the button is not there for some reason - need you to investigate and fix this or may need to code it from scratch - it is just to add a few fields from a small form on one page)
5. On one of the pages where contact info is displayed - need you to add a column to display phone number from database also
6. There is a system that allows members with different access to view/edit certain pages and certain parts of pages - we need to alter how this works for 4 of the pages.
7. One page in the site adds points to a tally each time the user clicks submit, something in this count is not quite working right. need you to test and fix please.
8. Remove DELETE column from displaying on one of the pages
9. To select list / drop down menus on 7 pages please make default value show "PLEASE SELECT .... "
10. Records displayed on 4 of the pages need to be sorted most recent at top in view and they can scroll down to see the previous records.
11. Upload 5 images to replace existing images and if needed pls slightly realign text so it appears in the correct place over the top of the images.

Once the above things have been done, the final thing is to merge data from existing MS ACCESS db. This is currently in use by the client and is to be replaced with the new MYSQL database that we are working on. Some of the fields are not necessary anymore - but most need to be mapped to the corresponding fields in the MYSQL, I will help you to do this by working with you to discuss where each field is to go.

HIGH LEVEL ABILITY WITH BOTH MS ACCESS and SQL PLEASE, This needs to be done without delay. The database we are using to map these fields is identical in structure - it just has older data than the one they are actively using at the moment.

I then need you to provide me with the method and show me how to merge the most recent version of their database as this may need to be done several times if they don't keep it completely up to date during the early stages of testing and general usage.

After merging the data the client will test for 2 business days and tell us if all is ok - if not we need to fix and then remerge but this time with the real live up to date version of the database.

Please factor this in.

DEADLINE -
The first 11 points and the Database merge need to be done immediately - and 50% will be paid to you when this is complete.

When the final data has been merged and the client approves it - that is when you will be paid the final amount. (this could be up to 5 business days later)

If you are not happy to work on this basis - please do not bid for this project.
