To customize the script to do waht it is doing now in addition to 3 things, first database to handle apartments rents invoices, second is send alert function to group of subscriber to service such as list of cars for sale avaliable, get alert sms when car avaliable for example.
users of the site can use lists of messages avaliable at the site such as greeting messages puzzels solving. Q and A test.

Yearly rents amount, payment is made on monthly bases in advance.



How the system will work entry form has all the above detail, then the system should generate monthly statements to each renter on the 25th of each month send SMS message to renter show the amount due.

The system should have option of sending reminder from to 3 until the 5th of the due month.
