Description: I have a site in php/mysql that's been online for a number of years that I haven't maintained. The job requires the programmer to analyse the site, come up with a new spec/design for the site with pretty much the same functionality and any new features they see fit.

The site has to be fast loading, seo friendly and would probably be best run from a custom CMS module. I will give the site name in the project clarification board. The likely winner will be the company that has a proven history/portfolio of developing fully functioning bug free websites and also presents the best spec for the new site.

Full payment will be escrowed through GAF at beginning of the project. Full payment on completion of work.
60 day support and error fixes.
I will award the project as soon as the right developer is found.
