Description:	This is a system to learn cafe owners ip address. In Turkey internet cafes use dynamic ip and they dont have static ips So we need to learn cafes ips for internet cafe events which our company will make. System *We make a register system in our website. http://www.heroturkey.com/internetcafe only internet cafes register to this system *Our staff call them and ask their informations and if this is a real internet cafe admin approves it. *We give id and password to internet cafe owner and they enter our website with this user id password(after admin approves them) *Once they enter to system we take their ips and save in the records(database). Ip : 81.25.123.45 LoginDate : 12.05.2008 LoginTime:15.45 Everytime they enter to website we need to take record of its ip address , login date and time. *Internet cafe owner must enter to website and login to cafe section for every ip changes. So basicly we’ll develop a basic website for registration and login system which takes their ip , login date , time and write to record. If a cafe owner resets his modem and change ip so it doesnt matter . He enters to website and we take it’s ip address and mgame search ip address and find users who connected with this ip. We need this job so urgent.
