Description: Real Estate Rental Site:

Here is a description of the user and admin side to give you a better idea of what I am looking for. It is pretty simple. Please only bid if you can complete the required tasks in 10 days or less.

USER SIDE:
If user clicks on properties, a list of states (U.S. States) will appear. If a state is selected then the properties under that state will appear. If only one property is listed under that state then that one property will be displayed. Kind of like a default property. I have included an image of how the property should be displayed.
Important Part: if user decides to rent the property, then they need to select the dates that they want to rent. They will have the option to choose by weeks month or year, and pay for those dates via paypal.


ADMIN SIDE:
Admin should have to ability to ad states, and rental listings per state. We need a calendar set up for rental dates. If a date is selected by a user that is already taken then they can not purchase the rental. Admin should be able to set prices based on week, month and year. When user is selecting dates, they should be able to see which dates are available to use and/or whate dates are unavailable. I need paypal incorporated for payment processes.

I have a template, It just needs to be sliced.
