Description:	What I need is a RapidShare.com premium link generator, which matches the following criteria: - Object-orientated. - Code optimised and well structured (samples required prior to payment). - Sends the downloaded files directly to the users from RapidShare. Must not transfer the file through our server. If this cannot be achieved, an alternative solution must be made (inclusive of the bid amount). A possible method is to create a flash downloader which grabs the RapidShare login details from an encrypted source on the website. - Login details of our rapidshare accounts must be secure from public view. For example, RapidShare login cookies must not be present on the user's system. - Admin panel controlling all aspects of the system. Display system statistics. - Logging of downloads. - Premium membership for users, which enables them to lift the download limits. Automatically set up using PayPal IPN. Plans configurable in admin panel. Account must be removed once the user's download limit has been met - user should be able to extend their account at any time if they wish to do so. - SEO links. - Download limits for free users with the use of IP logging and cookies. System must detect proxies. - Smarty templates system, with the sections of the site split into separate template files. A detailed design is not required. This will be added by us.
