Description:	I need a php script that will choose a random quote from a directory of txt files or a single xml file and display it on the page. The script needs to include these features: - The quotes are selected from a file (xml?) - Quotes may contain html - Easily define how many quotes to show - When the quotes are displayed, they should be in a <ul> list - When displaying multiple quotes, it should not display two of the same quotes at once. For example, this page (http://www.widerfunnel.com/proof/) has multiple quotes in the right column and I want the script to choose from all of them and display only three at a time in a <ul> list.
