Description

I need the following added to the form at the following link:

http://gmjmaintenance.com/test.html

1. I need a random number generator field added just above the current top field (*Apartment Complex).

2. The random number generator must have some type of way of ensuring a duplicate number is never selected.

3. Upon the form being filled out the and auto responder will be generated and will be sent to whatever email address is added to the email address field. The message in the auto responder must be customizable and all of the field inputs including the random generated number must go in the auto responder.

4. The form results (not the auto responder) to a specified email address.

5. The error checking built into this form must stay intact.

PHP has to be used because the hosting account on this domain does not support asp.
