Description: This is a redo the chosen programmer had a misunderstanding that he would just develop the backend but would not plug it into the frontend to make a functional website

I have an existing website that I would like to have rebuilt. Some stuff on the website is database driven but other parts of the website are not. Right now the website uses txt files to post content. I would like the website to be able to generate pages on the fly. I would like to redo some other stuff on the website also. I would like to be able to manage the website from a backend admin. I am looking for the lowest price because this is a hobby website so it doesn't generate any revenue. Ok, I have had several bids that said that the description is to brief. So i'm going to submit more detailed information. First of all right now the website is built using PHP and all the content pages are .txt files. Everytime i edit the website i must edit a .txt file and this is very time consuming. I would like to be able to create pages on the fly via an admin panel. Secondly, I have a few pages on bullpage that require a database for easier maintence such as the "Local Rodeos" page. That is really all i'm wanting. I would like to be able to edit the index page via the admin panel. There is no design involved in this project. This is soley a programming project. I hope this helps you to adjust your bids.

ok look developers. I have had several developers already try to complete this project. I want a CUSTOM project not a premade script like php nuke or something like that. I want this thing coded from scratch. I'm tired of talking to developers that are trying to give me a pre-made script. If you are wanting to offer a pre-made script then please do not bid or retract your bid.
