Description

I need a web-based utility / tool to get some trending data.

Using Alexa.com, want to capture Traffic and Trends for selected sites.

I should be able to input one site, or load several - up to 100 (from a text file), and the system should pull back the following:

(Example, if I input www.youtube.com) - I should see:

a) traffic data - (trend over 1 month, 3 months, 6 months)
b) traffic rank - (youtube is 3, for example)
c) where users are coming from (US, Japan, Germany, etc, etc)
d) where people go (visits) when on the site - list top 5

I imagine a grid results area, that show the values above.

A PHP system is preferred. Data / results should be stored in mySQL database.

I should be able to extract / download the results into a CSV (excel) file as I please via a simple link button.

I will need to categorize sites as well. For example, I might add the "top social networking sites", say 30 of them, name the category, and run this report, and save them (filter) under that category for later retrieval.

Any time I run a new report, new recordsets will be created. I should be able to search back and find previous searches and that data's storage. (I don't need a compare, I can do that in Excel)

Doesn't not need to look "pretty", it's an internal tool. However, I should be easily able to add a CSS to format headers, columns, etc, etc - later.

I imaging this using a web developer's API - or a screen scraping utility, if needed (least desirable).
