Description

I am looking for someone to help with a letting/rental website. I need someone to do the PHP MYSQL programming.

The site works like this:

A letting agent registers. There details go to a SQL databease. They are then sent an email to confirm registration. Once registered they can log in and upload properties for rental by filling out an online form/forms. They can edit these properties at anytime in the future.
Once the properties have been rented they then change the status of them from LIVE to LET OUT.

Agents in there secure are should be able to:
1 - edit ther contact/user info
2 - Upload property
3 - Edit existing properties
4 - Remove properties from market
5 - Change a LIVE property to an LET OUT property
6 - Serach the LET OUT property archive.

Agents should also be able to request a password reminder.

Prospective tenants serach the properties on the site. They search the LIVE properties.

Prospective tennants should be able to:
1 - Search for properties by area/postcode/town, rooms & max rent
2 - View the nearest 20 properties to a postcode on a map. Scroll this map NSE&W and come across other properties
3 - Register for email alerts for properties matching their criteria

There is also to be a ROOM TO RENT feature. This allows individuals who wish to rent out a room to register and advertise a room for rent. This will be much like the Agents process, execept with no archive feature.
