2. After 'last name' Add checkboxes MALE / FEMALE
3. From data protection at the bottom sms/email/neither, I have removed NEITHER please check this is okay
4. From readership ('how often' questions) I have changed the description of the answers please make sure they write to the database correctly

5. Mobile number: MUST begin with 07
6. Date Of Birth: Change to 3 DROPDOWNS: (number from 1-31) / (JAN,FEB,MAR,APR,MAY,JUN,JUL,AUG,SEP,OCT,NOV,DEC) / (numbers from 1900-2004)
