Description

1. Next to YOUR CINEMA, can we make the drop-down menu contain only
the cinemas for the selected film which have MORE than 0 seats
left?

Then ADD three more fields...

1. Before 'first name' Add DROPDOWN: Mr / Mrs / Miss / Ms / Other
2. After 'last name' Add checkboxes MALE / FEMALE
3. Last line "Our partners..." We have added a line for a second partner "Sky". This needs to write to the database.

THEN make CHANGES
1. From data protection at the bottom sms/email/neither, Please Remove NEITHER.
2. From readership ('how often' questions) I have changed the description of the answers please make sure they write to the database correctly and change the table so each sits on just one line
3. Mobile number: Remove word "(optional)". Please make an obligatory field
4. Mobile number: MUST begin with 07 - if not print "this is not a valid mobile number"
5. Date Of Birth: Change to 3 DROPDOWNS: (number from 1-31) / (JAN,FEB,MAR,APR,MAY,JUN,JUL,AUG,SEP,OCT,NOV,DEC) / (numbers from 1900-2004)
