Description:	This is development for the test folder -- Add optional 'Features Blurb' section in Edit page. On the Product page, this would show up as the 3 colored (dark grey, light grey, and orange) rectangular section titled Club Benefits on the right (shown in mockup product2.jpg). a. Make section width fixed at 250 pixels b. Add a fixed dark gray row with title: Club Benefits c. Create a new rich text editor field in the Edit page called 'Features Blurb' d. Add a light gray section on the Product page showing the 'Features Blurb' content e. Add an orange row fixed with pop-up links 'All features' and 'Specifications'. These popups pull the fields from the existing 'Technology Features' and 'Specifications' from the Edit page. (See mockup product_popups.jpg) f. The two popups are actually 1 popup, with a navigation tab toggle g. If there is no content in 'Features Blurb' section on Edit page, do not show this entire section on the Product page
