Post Affiliate Pro is not tracking variables?

Right now I am tracking Clicks and sales/leads

I am offering a 7 day free trial so I believe this shows up {$payment.product_id} in the id field because there is not an amount.

But I need to track at least the customers email… I put this in custom field 2 {$payment.payer_email} but it doesn’t work. Can some one help me with this? I would love to be able to track the users name as well and it would be a dream to track Affiliate ID as well.

So:
Extra Field 2 – Customers email

Extra Field 3 – Customers User name

Extra Field 4 – Affiliate’s ID (whish list)
