bbPress - GENERAL

* Closed Topics > Not showing in forum lists as "[Closed] Topic name" for example, this topic http://old.glamrock.com/blog/forum/topic/power-ballads-1. It is closed but doesn't say it is closed in either latest discussions or forum list. Only at the bottom of the topic.
* Special Characters > Certain characters showing unusually for example "I'm in need of tickets" http://old.glamrock.com/blog/forum/topic/i%E2%80%99m-in-need-of-tickets and "Ö" scandanavian style characters which are prevalent in glam

bbPress - Post Notification PlugIn

* New Account > When a new account is created, Favorite Notification should be prechecked as default in profile
* Write Post > Precheched "Add this thread to my favorites" is not adding topic to favorites
* Email Notification > Emails sent to members to notify them of their post. This shouldn't happen. Only in instances where other members submit new posts.
