Description: This is a repost. The previous service provider is unable to get the work done so PLEASE read the requirements and make sure you can do the job BEFORE bidding. Thanks.

What you need to do:

1. Add extra fields to Comment form:
- Username (default put 'iluvcheezburger' - one-click clear the box to enter new username);
- Email address (link to username if entered)

2. Fix Comment form problem and allow for anonymous - no login - commenting: currently unable to submit comment - I could have messed up the code when trying to allow for anonymous commenting

3. Fix CSS problems:
- text alignment next to stars on front page needs to be adjusted to middle position
- the footer text seems to overlap with the main content see Upcoming page
