Description

Upload picture in Edit Profile does not work completely.

I need you to fix/add the existing upload picture function OR you may create a new one from scratch.

The picture upload must have the following essential functions:
- If there is an existing picture for a particular user, that existing picture must be replace with the new or upload picture.
- If the new picture is bigger than 200px width, it must be reduced to 200px width but not loose the picture quality.
- It must be able to upload all major picture formats.
- Each picture that gets uploaded must be renamed to based on the $as_user_uname

Please note that all bids will be considered very carefully. Bids that come with a proposal, ideas and detailed description are taken more seriously so please describe what you intend to do.
