Description: I need a Payment Modification for Phpfox version 1.1 that will force people to pay before they get access to my site. I don't want an account created unless payment has been made. I need this to work with paypal.

Also, I need to redesign my Browse page. I need it to be more like a directory. I need it to be searchable by Country, state, then city. I want only locations that have actual members to be visible. It should be text in a simple list fashion up until you choose the city, then the members in that city will have their thumbnails with profile details displayed.
