Description

I am looking for a reliable PHP programmer who is available on chat to handle the project below:

1. I have a website in HTML format. I need you to split the site into 3 parts so there is one header file and one footer file and body through out the site. So when I change want to make a change to the navigation or edit something in the footer, I can just change it in one file.

2. Install and integrate http://collabtive.o-dyn.de/ (English version only)

3. Install and integrate http://osticket.com/

4. Setup blank pages for the remaining of the site. I will add content in myself.
