Description

I need a enquirie form exactly like the one at

http://www.eura7.co.uk/enquiry-form

I need this done in xhtml and css tabless and i need this to be W3C valid.

All javascripts and css to be in a different folder and not within the html.

It has to have rounded endges like in the url provided but the background of the form is to be transpaent and no colour as it will be going in a colourful section of the site.

Exact same enquiry form but in tabless and xhtml and please only W3C Valid. If you cant do this please dont bid.

I need this done today.

Payment on completion through paypal. Budget is $20-$30.
