Description

A user generated site where photos can be showcased, ranked and organized in calendars.

FRONT END
Authenticated Users can upload pictures (JPG, PNG and GIF)

The pictures must be at least 800 x 600, otherwise the upload won't be completed. This size can be changed from the administration panel.

Each user can organize pictures into folders / categories:
- folder operations: create – copy - delete
- move pictures between folders / category .

When creating an account the user must confirm the registration by clicking on a confirmation link sent to his email address.

Unregistered users have access to only one photograph form each other user in the database.

Each registered user can select which photograph is freely available for unregistered users.

Authenticated Users can select 12 photographs and create calendars (nothing fancy).

Users can comment uploaded photographs. All comments must be confirmed by human interaction.

Users can vote the photographs.

2 Types of user accounts will be available: Photograph Publisher and Photograph Browser / Viewer

FIRST PAGE
Displays the last 15 uploaded photographs freely available

BACK END

The back end must be able to:
Administer Users (Create, Edit , Delete users and user information)
Administer Uploaded photographs (Rename / Move / Delete)
Administer User created folders (Rename / Move / Delete)
Administer comments posted on the website (edit / make public or off-line / delete)
Statistic page with: most visited photographs , top ranked photographs.


** Extra info

We prefer that the project to be developed in an open source PHP MVC Framework with a Mysql Database.

We have the website design, and we only need the PHP logic.
