Description: Hello,
PhotoAds PHP website required.

-I need a website clone of http://london.photo-ads.co.uk/
-Users can easily upload max of five(5)jpeg images from their PC's.
-I need banner Ads at the top/bottom of each page and google Ads at the right hand sidevof each page.
-The front page should have icons/small pictures for each category,
with a nice looking frontpage like http://www.photoads.ca/cgi-bin/bc/classifieds/classifieds.cgi
-Individual item listings should appear like http://www.gumtree.com.au/sydney/2354_1.html
-Payment at end of project.
-Must include easy backend admin control panel for me to administer
and the ability to generate a simple report of all users ads and photos to ensure no abuse of website.
-Prefer someone who has experince in designing a similar website
