Description

The Paypal IPN system on my classifieds website (DallasLocalAds.com) is not working properly. When a customer purchases 1 credit, the system adds 2 credits to the user’s account instead of just one, if the customer buys 2 it adds 4, etc. I need it fix. I believe the problem is on the more.php file.

I also want the website to be modify to display 12 featured ads on front page. I want 3 rows, 4 featured ads in each row. Thanks.
