Description: Need a PayPal escrow payment system which can be integrated with our current CMS site.

I already have these stages completed via MySQL and php:

1). Seller posts service for sale
2). Buyer selects Seller
3). Buyer and Seller negotiate
4). Seller accepts
5). Area where buyer is required to Escrow money
6). We already have PayPal being used in our current system for recurring subscriptions and credit package purchases.

WHAT IS NEEDED:

1). Buyer Escrows Money to our PayPal account

----(a). Email notification to Buyer, Seller and Admin

----(b). Escrow info posted to both users accounts

2). Seller provides Proof service has been completed

----(a). Proof email notification to Buyer and Admin

----(b). Proof info posted to both users accounts

3). Buyer Releases Money

----(a). Money Released email notification to Seller and Admin

----(b). Money Released info posted to both users accounts

4). MySQL data that should be carried: Tranaction ID, Start Date, End Date, From Email, To Email, Category, Title, Must Do, Required Proof and Amount

5). Script should calculate and add PayPal transaction fees to Buyers amount

6). Script should calculate and subtract Paypal transaction fees (and website fee) from Sellers amount.

7). Script should include a way for Admin to manually send a payment to Seller in PayPal after transaction is complete

8). Script should always return users back to website account area where they last were.
