Description

I dont need alot of work done so shouldnt cost alot for what i need done

What i need done is i need the attached file to work to do mass payments

i want a forum set up with the api file provided so that i can load it in my website inout my info and the list of people i need to pay and hit paste

Basicly like paypal it self but without uploading a file just a box in a forum so i can input the e-mail subject and the list of who is paid

something simalar to this one i have witch is alertpay

but need the paypal set up the same way so i can input my data
