Description

I have built a website www/campbellriverbridgeclub.com including a page where players can list themselves as looking for a partner, listing name , phone#, and check boxes for particular games, and when they find a partner, can delete their name. I have used 'SiteSpinner'http://www.virtualmechanics.com/ from which you can download a 30 day trial version. I use Frehostia as my server: http://www.freehostia.com/ on which I have opened a MySql database with text fields for names, phone and char fields for the checkboxes.
Double clicking the text boxes brings up the form editor which discussion boards tell me in which the Method GET sends data.

I need php code to put this data into the DB, and on opening the page, put the data into the text boxes. Also code (and buttons?) to allow players to delete their name.
