I need a custom made PTC script for joomla

It must have all the same features as Neobux.com
Features like:
-Renting Referrals
-Instant payout with Alertpay
-Convert balance to advertising credit

The Mod will be used for resell purpose.
I am useing DLguard for secure download, so if it would be possible to integrate some kind of security feature in the script as well? Like they have to type in some sort of a licens key before it works? Ive heard this can be done with DLguard

Must be PHP language , need fast Worker , finish in 2,3 days is best
