Description

Hi,

I am looking for a long term working relationship with freelancers who can convert PSD's to HTML/XHTML code. The code should be W3C VALIDATED and it should be div and css based.

To apply for this position -

- You must provide 5 XHTML & W3C VALIDATED live web links to your work.
**** WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN ANY KIND OF JPGS OR SCREENSHOT PORTFOLIO.

- Please mention the rate as per XHTML conversion in USD or else your PROPOSAL WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

- You should be available on skype

- Must have a braodband internet connection

- Turn around time to convert a standard psd to HTML/XHTML

- Ability to design creative web pages and flash will be a plus
