Description

FOR FULL DETAILS PLEASE SEE ATTACHED WORD FILE

I need some modifications to my PHPizabi based website, currently 4 pages, front end and back end. I also need a couple of new pages to be created, these however will be nearly exact copies of the current user pages i just need them to display different information, and also inject different information to the MySQL database. (some new tables required)

For full information please see he attached word file.

you will preferably have experience in a PHPizabi environment, and can possibly show me some examples, also you must know PHPmyAdmin MySQL.

I can do alot of the work myself once the relevent ground work has been put in,
I dont have a huge budget but The price is negotiable (there arent many options to choose your budget on here)
